Manufacturer Defects

✔️ Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
✔️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Battery/charging port malfunctions
Other functional defects

Exclusions – What is NOT Covered?

E-liquids and consumables
Damage from misuse, mishandling, or excessive force
Wear and tear or unauthorized modifications
