Shipping Information

At Vape SQ, we provide several shipping options for our customers. The method you choose does not impact order placement or processing times. We strive to ship all in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on the same day, although processing may take up to 3 days in some cases. Our packages are shipped discreetly for your security. Backordered items will be sent as soon as they are back in stock.

Domestic Shipping For domestic orders, we primarily use Canada Post. Packages are shipped via Canada Post until they reach the destination country, at which point they will be handed over to your local carrier. If your tracking information is not updating, please check with your local carrier.

Order Processing We process in-stock orders seven days a week (excluding Canadian holidays). If you receive a tracking number on a weekend or holiday, your order will be handed off to the carrier on the next business day. We may require additional processing time if there are questions regarding your order, and we will contact you via phone or email as needed. Please ensure your contact information is accurate during checkout.

Any anticipated delays in processing will be noted on the product page. In cases of high order volume, we will post site-wide notices.

Carrier Restrictions Canada Post and most international carriers do not deliver on weekends or major holidays. We only ship using Canada Post, which will then transfer the package to your local carrier.

Tracking Your Order Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is printed, and you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

Canadian customers can track their packages at Canada Post, while international customers should use their local postal service.

International Shipping Vape SQ offers various shipping options for international orders at different price points. Canada Post is our preferred method for reliability and speed, and shipping rates can be viewed at checkout after entering your address.

Please be aware of your country’s laws regarding e-liquids and vaping products. Additional import duties and taxes may apply, and Vape SQ is not responsible for customs seizures once your order is placed.

International Shipping Disclaimer Due to changes in shipping policies, FedEx and UPS no longer ship products to the U.S. We will use DHL or Canada Post for these shipments. If you select FedEx or UPS, your order will be shipped with an alternative service.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any applicable VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, and other fees related to importing goods into your country. We cannot provide estimates, as these charges vary widely.

In the case of lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments, Vape SQ is not liable for packages that have been confirmed as delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claims for lost or damaged shipments.

Order Changes and Cancellations You can request changes or cancellations as long as your order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the package must be returned before a refund is issued, minus shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.

E-liquids can only be canceled if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped.

Underage Purchases All packages utilize Canada Post’s Age Verification service. Proof of age is required to receive the package. If delivery is unsuccessful due to age verification issues, applicable shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.

Import Duties Orders outside Canada may incur additional fees that we cannot control.
